Each Wave Gods piece is crafted to order, with intention and attention to detail. Because many of our designs are custom-finished or assembled specifically for you, please allow additional time for processing before shipment.

 

Processing Time

 

  • Orders typically require 2–4 weeks to be carefully prepared before shipping.

  • This timeframe allows us to ensure quality, alignment, and consistency across every piece.

  • Many customers receive their pieces earlier than expected

 

Shipping Priority

 

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Expedited shipping options (Priority or Express) are given elevated handling once the item is ready to ship, but do not shorten the handcrafted processing window.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • During peak seasons or high-demand launches, processing times may extend slightly.

 

We appreciate your patience and trust — Wave Gods pieces are not mass-produced, and the time invested ensures you receive something truly special.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Wave Gods, each piece is crafted with intention and care. Because many of our items are made to order and customized, we ask that you review the details below before completing your purchase.

 

 

Made-to-Order Items

 

All Wave Gods jewelry is handcrafted using natural gemstones. Due to the custom nature of our work:

 

  • All sales are final on made-to-order and customized pieces

  • Natural variations in stone color, pattern, and texture are expected and celebrated

  • These variations are not considered defects, but a hallmark of authenticity

 

Each piece is truly one of a kind.

 

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

 

We want you to love what you wear.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

 

  • A replacement (when available), or

  • Store credit toward a future purchase

 

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

 

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

 

 

Shipping Issues

 

Wave Gods is not responsible for:

 

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by carriers
